Tôi lấy làm hân hạnh và vinh dự chia sẻ đến quý vị về tin tức Thượng Nghị Sĩ Tiểu Bang California Janet Nguyễn vừa đệ trình Nghị Quyết số 29 "Tháng Tưởng Niệm Tháng Tư Đen" (SCR-29 Black April Memorial Month.) Nghị Quyết 29 này do Thượng Nghị Sĩ Janet Nguyễn là tác giả chính, cùng một số vị dân cử tại Thượng Viện và Hạ Viện tiểu bang California làm đồng tác giả:

Tóm lược nội dung trong Nghị Quyết 29 này là đánh dấu 40 năm Sài Gòn sụp đổ vào tay cộng sản ngày 30 tháng 4 năm 1975, tưởng nhớ đến hàng triệu người Việt Nam và Hoa Kỳ tham dự và bị thương tích, hy sinh trong cuộc chiến Việt Nam, tưởng nhớ đến những người vượt biển tìm tự do, lên án sự bạo tàn của cộng sản Việt Nam đang vi phạm trầm trọng nhân quyền, áp bức các quyền tự do, giam cầm trái phép các tù nhân chính trị, công nhận tiểu bang California có 580,000 người Mỹ gốc Việt cư ngụ, mà đa số sinh sống tại quận Cam v.v... Tôi tin rằng trong thời gian rất sớm tới đây, quý vị sẽ nhận được bản Thông Cáo Báo Chí chính thức từ văn phòng Thượng Nghị Sĩ Janet Nguyễn trình bày đầy đủ chi tiết về nội dung bản Nghị Quyết 29 này.


Đây quả là một gáo nước lạnh tạt thẳng vào mặt tên Việt gian Thượng Nghị Sĩ Canada Ngô Thanh Hải, vì trong thời gian qua Việt gian Ngô Thanh Hải đã lấp liếm và láo khoét tuyên bố rằng Thủ Tướng Canada, các chính trị gia Canada, và người dân Canada "không hiểu ý nghĩa" chữ Black April, và chữ Black April quá "nhạy cảm," khiến cho Việt gian Ngô Thanh Hải phải đổi dự luật "Black April" (Tháng Tư Đen) thành "Journey To Freedom" (Hành Trính Đến Tự Do.) Thử hỏi Việt gian Ngô Thanh Hải rằng thế thì tại sao các vị chính trị gia và người dân California, Hoa Kỳ thì lại hiểu ý nghĩa của chữ "Black April," trong khi quý vị chính trị gia và người dân Canada thì lại không hiểu ý nghĩa chữ "Black April" ? Tôi không tin như vậy, trái lại tôi nghĩ rằng trí thông minh của các vị chính trị gia và người dân California, Hoa Kỳ cũng giống như trí thông minh của các vị chính trị gia và người dân Canada, tất cả họ đều hiểu ý nghĩa chữ "Black April" cả,  nhưng vì Việt gian Ngô Thanh Hải tuân theo chỉ đạo của Việt cộng ra lệnh, nên hắn đã cúi mặt đổi tên dự luật "Black April" ra thành "Journey To Freedom" để dự luật của hằn trở thành một dự luật mang tính chất xã hội, nhân đạo thuần túy trong việc cám ơn chính phủ và nhân dân Canada đã đón nhận người tỵ nạn Việt Nam vào nước Canada, chứ không còn mang tính chất "chính trị" nhằm tránh đụng chạm đến "nhà nước" cộng sản Việt Nam.


Trên thực tế là Việt gian Ngô Thanh Hải đã nói láo để chạy tội và lừa gạt đồng hương "Quốc Gia" mà thôi. Đây là một tội lỗi tày trời mà Việt gian Ngô Thanh Hải phải đền tội trước lịch sử, dân tộc, và cộng đồng người Việt tỵ nạn tại hải ngoại nói chung và tại Canada nói riêng.


Vì muốn chuyển gấp cái tin Nghị Quyết 29 "Black April Memorial Month" này đến quý vị, nên tôi xin viết vội đại khái thế này thôi, hy vọng trong thời gian sắp tời đây, tôi sẽ gởi đến quý vị bài viết với đầy đủ chi tiết liên quan đến sự "phản quốc" và "phản bội cộng đồng tỵ nạn cộng sản hải ngoại của Việt gian Thượng Nghị Sĩ Ngô Thanh Hải, cũng như của tập đoàn "Liên Minh Dân Chủ Việt Nam" mà hắn đang làm chủ tịch, trong đó tôi cũng sẽ lột mặt nạ sự "nối giáo cho giặc" của thằng "cố vấn" rất nguy hiểm, đó là Việt gian Lê Phát Minh đang sống tại Houston, Texas khi hắn tuyên bố công khai tại Pháp quốc vào năm 2012 rằng: "tập thể người Việt tỵ nạn cộng sản tại hải ngoại "nên "đứng chung" với Việt cộng đề chống Tàu, chúng ta "lấy cái gì" mà đòi lật đổ hay giải thể cộng sản, hãy để Việt cộng cầm quyền tối đa cũng chỉ 50 năm, 100 năm, 200 năm rồi lúc đó tính sau v.v..." Tôi sẽ trưng dẫn tài liệu, phim, ảnh trong bài viết tới.

WHEREAS, April 30, 2015, marks the 40th year since the Fall of Saigon on April 30, 1975, to communism; and

WHEREAS, For many Vietnam and Vietnam-era veterans who were directly involved in the war and Vietnamese Americans who have settled in the United States, 

the Vietnam War was a tragedy full of great suffering and the loss of American, Vietnamese, and Southeast Asian lives; and

WHEREAS, The combined United States and South Vietnamese fatalities among servicemen and women during the Vietnam War reached more than half a million, 

with approximately 800,000 additional troops being wounded in combat. Millions of Vietnamese civilians suffered casualties and death as a result of the extended conflict; and

WHEREAS, After the fall of Saigon, millions of Vietnamese and their families fled Vietnam to surrounding areas and the United States, including, but not limited to, former 

military personnel, government officials, and those who had worked for the United States during the war; and

WHEREAS, In the late 1970s to mid-1980s thousands of Vietnamese risked their lives by fleeing Vietnam aboard small wooden boats. These emigrants reached refugee camps 

in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Hong Kong; while approximately one-half of the people fleeing Vietnam in search of freedom and democracy perished at sea; and

WHEREAS, According to the United States Census for 2010, more than 580,000 Vietnamese live in California, with the largest concentration of Vietnamese residents found outside of 

Vietnam residing in the County of Orange; and

WHEREAS, Human rights, religious freedom, democracy, and protection against threats of aggression are important concerns of Vietnamese Americans and the Vietnamese 

communities worldwide stemming from the human rights abuses that continue to occur in Vietnam in the following areas, but are not limited to, child labor, human trafficking, 

religious and political persecution, suppression of the press, unlawful deprivation of life, forced disappearances, and land restitution; and

WHEREAS, The 2013 United States Department of State Report on Human Rights Practices in Vietnam estimates more than 120 political detainees are being held, and diplomatic 

sources report there are approximately 4,000 prisoners incarcerated in four reeducation centers; and

WHEREAS, We must teach our children and future generations important lessons from the Vietnam War and the continuing situation in Vietnam, including how the plight of the 

Vietnamese refugees following the end of war serves as a powerful example of the values of freedom and democracy; and

WHEREAS, We, the people of California, should actively rededicate ourselves to the principles of human rights, individual freedom, sovereignty, and equal protection under the laws 

of a just and democratic world. Californians should set aside moments of time every year on April 30 to give remembrance to the soldiers, medical personnel, and civilians who died 

during the Vietnam War in pursuit of freedom and democracy; and

WHEREAS, Vietnamese American communities throughout California will commemorate April 30, 2015, as Black April, a day of remembrance and rededication to the principles of 

freedom, including freedom of religion, freedom of expression, freedom of press, and Internet freedom; now, therefore, be it

Resolved by the Senate of the State of California, the Assembly thereof concurring, That in recognition of the great tragedy and suffering and lives lost during the Vietnam War, 

the month of April 2015 shall be proclaimed Black April Memorial Month, a special time for Californians to remember the lives lost during the Vietnam War era, and to hope 

for a more humane and just life for the people of Vietnam; and be it further

Resolved, That the Secretary of the Senate transmit copies of this resolution to the author for appropriate distribution.
